  • Explain the general value of K-Co Finance’s member-based economic wellness platform in a clear, professional, and compliant manner.

  • Help prospective members understand how K-Co Finance may support their broader financial organization, education, and long-term planning needs.

  • Collect basic prospect information, including financial goals, service interests, business ownership status, tax concerns, debt concerns, and readiness for advisory support.

  • Schedule qualified prospects for discovery calls or consultations with the appropriate K-Co Finance team member.

  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity, prospect conversations, follow-ups, and referral sources.

  • Represent K-Co Finance with professionalism, discretion, and a member-first approach.

  • Participate in K-Co Finance events, community activations, educational sessions, and member-growth initiatives when needed.

  • Follow all K-Co Finance compliance guidelines and avoid making promises, guarantees, tax advice, legal advice, investment recommendations, or securities-related solicitations.

Compliance Boundaries

  • The Member-Relationship Associate may discuss K-Co Finance services at a general level, including financial coaching, tax coordination, education, personal CFO support, business support, and member onboarding.

  • The Member-Relationship Associate may not provide individualized tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, insurance recommendations, securities recommendations, or private investment solicitation unless properly licensed and authorized by K-Co Finance.

  • The Member-Relationship Associate may not guarantee tax savings, investment returns, funding outcomes, credit outcomes, debt reduction results, or financial performance.

  • The Member-Relationship Associate must refer all technical questions to an authorized K-Co Finance team member.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Comfortable speaking with professionals, entrepreneurs, families, and community members about financial organization and economic wellness.

  • Interest in finance, tax, business ownership, entrepreneurship, personal development, and wealth-building education.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outreach and follow-up.

  • Able to explain services clearly without overpromising or giving unauthorized advice.

  • Professional, trustworthy, and aligned with K-Co Finance’s mission to expand access to economic education, quality financial services, and long-term financial confidence.

  • Prior experience in sales, client relations, community outreach, banking, insurance, tax preparation, real estate, financial services, or business development is helpful but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship management, sales, business development, member services, or community engagement.

  • Basic understanding of personal finance, tax filing, budgeting, retirement accounts, business entities, or financial planning concepts.

  • Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, or social media for professional outreach.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
